1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to H2P Collective Corp. (“H2P,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, programs, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date appears above. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
H2P provides life coaching services based on the Synovial Space™ methodology. Our Services focus on personal development across eight interconnected dimensions: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Professional, Relational, Financial, and Purpose.
Our Services include:
- Online educational courses and programs
- Self-assessment tools and frameworks
- Planning resources and templates
- Digital content and materials
- Community access (where applicable)
- Email support
IMPORTANT: Our Services are educational and for personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal counsel, or other licensed professional services. If you need professional assistance, please consult qualified professionals in the appropriate field.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
To access Services, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our Services, including the Synovial Space™ methodology, course materials, assessments, frameworks, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by H2P and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
LIMITED LICENSE: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use our materials for commercial purposes
- Share your account access with others
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Reverse engineer our methodologies
- Record, screenshot, or share content publicly
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
7. PAYMENT AND BILLING
All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise specified.
SUBSCRIPTIONS (if applicable): Subscription services automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. We will notify you before any price changes to your subscription.
REFUNDS: See Section 8 below.
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
DIGITAL COURSES AND PROGRAMS:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
- You have not downloaded materials marked as non-refundable
- You have not violated these Terms
NO REFUNDS after:
- 14 days from purchase date
- Accessing more than 25% of content
- Downloading non-refundable materials
- Completing the program
SUBSCRIPTIONS (if applicable):
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

Include: Your name, account email, order number, and reason for request
We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
EXCEPTIONS:
No refunds if you:
- Have violated these Terms
- Have been terminated for misconduct
- Have a pattern of requesting refunds
Upon refund approval, your access ends immediately and you must delete all downloaded materials.
CHARGEBACKS:
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in permanent account termination and collection action for any owed amounts plus processing fees.
LIVE EVENTS AND GROUP PROGRAMS:
Live experiences (including Synovial Space™ Immersion and Synovial Space™ Cohort) require advance planning and have limited enrollment. The following cancellation terms apply:
Synovial Space™ Immersion:
- More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee, OR transfer to a future date
- 7-14 days before event: 50% refund OR transfer to a future date
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund; transfer may be available at our discretion
Synovial Space™ Cohort:
- More than 21 days before start date: Full refund minus $150 non-refundable deposit, OR transfer to a future Cohort
- 7-21 days before start date: 50% refund OR transfer to a future Cohort
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund; transfer may be available at our discretion
- After program begins: No refunds will be issued
Program Transfers: Transfers to future dates must be used within 12 months of original purchase and are subject to availability. Only one transfer per purchase is permitted. If the new program cost is higher, you are responsible for the price difference.
Event Cancellation by H2P Collective: If H2P Collective must cancel a scheduled event, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date. H2P Collective is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.
9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Our Services are educational, not professional treatment
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
- Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances
- We make no guarantees about specific outcomes
- You will consult appropriate professionals when needed
- You will not hold us liable for consequences of your participation
If you experience significant mental health challenges, active crisis situations, or have serious medical concerns, you must work with qualified professionals. Our Services are not appropriate for acute crisis situations.
COACHING RELATIONSHIP: By enrolling in any H2P coaching program, you understand that coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on personal development. You acknowledge that: (a) coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment; (b) you are responsible for creating and implementing your own decisions and actions; (c) you may discontinue participation at any time; (d) confidentiality is maintained except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm to yourself or others.
NO INCOME OR RESULTS GUARANTEES: We make no representations about specific outcomes, income levels, career advancement, health improvements, relationship changes, or other results. Any testimonials or examples on our website reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results. Your results depend on many factors including your effort, circumstances, and consistency.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security of data transmission
- Specific results or outcomes
You use our Services at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $100, whichever is less.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or content
- Personal injury or property damage
- Decisions made based on our content
- Third-party services or websites
FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, government actions, etc.).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H2P Collective Corp., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Content you submit or actions you take
- Misrepresentation of facts
This obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
INFORMAL RESOLUTION: Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at info@h2pcollective.com to attempt informal resolution.
BINDING ARBITRATION: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.
EXCEPTIONS: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or bring claims in small claims court.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER: You waive your right to a jury trial for any disputes.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS: Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use our Services ends immediately
- You must cease all use and delete all materials
- No refunds for unused portions (except as required by law)
- Provisions that should survive (liability limitations, dispute resolution) remain in effect
You may terminate by discontinuing use and closing your account.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and H2P Collective Corp. regarding our Services.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
NO WAIVER: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
ASSIGNMENT: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
NOTICES: We will send notices to your account email. You are responsible for keeping your email current.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: Our Services may integrate with third-party services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact our Copyright Agent:
