  3. Description of where the infringing material is located on our Services
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe material you posted was wrongly removed due to a copyright claim, you may file a counter-notification with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Description of material removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in Federal District Court for your judicial district (or Hillsborough County, Florida if outside the U.S.)
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

OUR RESPONSE PROCESS

Upon receiving valid notice: We will promptly remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.

Upon receiving valid counter-notice: We will forward it to the original complainant. If they don’t file court action within 10-14 days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers: We will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

MISREPRESENTATION WARNING

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Do not file false claims.
